come-first serve basis. We anticipate that the tour will sell

Regarding International Flights:
International flights from the USA to Lima, Peru are not
included in this price. Plan to arrive in Lima on the
evening of February 26 or early morning on February 27,
2010. Most flights arrive in Lima late in the evening and
you will meet inside the Airport after going through
customs and security. For your return flight on March 8,
2010, plan to depart after 7 pm. Most flights returning to
the USA depart Lima between 11:30 pm - 2:00 am. DO
NOT schedule your flight on March 8, 2010 prior to 10
pm, as we do not arrive in Lima until after 7pm that day.
Please note: If you are leaving after midnight, you will be
leaving on March 9, 2010. We strongly recommend that
you contact our office BEFORE booking your final flight
arrangements to insure proper booking and timely arrival
and departure from Peru. We are happy to assist you in
coordinating with our program planning.

cancel any part of the Tour, the following cancellation policy

coordinator, hiring the services of third parties such as
suppliers and contractors providing air or other
transportation, hotels, sightseeing and ceremonial
activities. Company assumes no responsibility, however
caused, for your personal injury or personal property loss or
damage in connection with any service provided by third
parties. For any circumstances arising as a result of
military, terrorist, political action, strikes, weather, acts of
God, criminal or negligent acts of others, criminal or
negligent acts of Traveler, or any other circumstances over
which Company has no control, Company shall not be
liable to you. Company reserves the right to alter, change or
omit any part of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance or
routing at any time without notice, where necessary or
deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the
group. Traveler understands that this tour falls under the
category of "adventure"; there are some risk factors
involved. Company requires that traveler be in good
physical condition and traveler will be required to sign a
disclosure stating that traveler is in good health. Due to the
risks involved traveler will release (Company) from any
responsibilities and liabilities regarding traveler getting
injured or suffering a fatal accident.
Written Release and Agreement:
You further agree to sign a Release and Agreement which
sets forth the conditions above and such other conditions
as may be deemed necessary. Failure or refusal to sign
said Release and Agreement will be grounds for
cancellation of your reservation; monies paid to date will
not be refunded.
Modifications:
In the future, it may be necessary for Company to make
modifications of the above "Terms and Conditions" and in
that event Company will forward a copy of such
modifications to you both by e-mail and postal mail. The
"Terms and Conditions" in effect on the date that travel

Day 0 - Friday February 26 Travel day from your country to the city of Lima. Most flights are red eye arriving Lima International Airport in the early morning on Saturday. Allow enough time for connecting flights. Day 1 - Saturday February 27 International early morning arrival to Lima, connecting AM flight to Cusco, reception and transfer to Sacred Valley Village of Pisac to our Hotel for the next 3 days. We will be welcomed to our rooms and offered a soothing coca leaf tea that will help us adjust to the altitude of the Andes. Lunch. In the afternoon we will explore the beautiful ancient cobblestone treasure of Pisac .Welcome ceremony and Sacred attunement. Pisac Overnight. Day 2 - Sunday February 28 Early meditation. Sunday Mercado, local Andean market. In the afternoon we will drive to Calca to visit Huchuy Qosqo, temple of fertility. Sound Healing Ceremony and meditation to connect with the sacred mountain Apu Pitusiray. Pisac overnight.. Day 3 - Monday March 1 Early meditation. Travel by bus to Moray - Maras for cleansing Despacho ceremony and shamanic circle. Lunch Travel by bus to the Goddess site of Killarumiyoc, Temple of the Moon. A Shaman will perform a sacred ritual to connect us to the Stars. Return to Ollantaytambo. Ollantaytambo overnight. Day 4 - Tuesday March 2 Early departure to Machu Picchu from the Ollantaytambo train station. We take the Vistadome Train to Aguas Calientes the Inca's hot springs baths. From there visit the magnificent and breath taking Machu Picchu, Shamanic visit of the site. Unan Chasqa initiation ceremony into the mystery of Andean shamanism. Overnight in Aguas Calientes. Day 5 - Wednesday March 3 Early AM departure for Machu Picchu to welcome the sunrise, then free day to connect with the energies of this sacred site: we will walk to the powerful Temple of the Moon or Huayna Picchu mountain. Afternoon train, back to Ollantaytambo. Overnight at Ollantaytambo. Day 6 - Thursday March 4 Ceremony at our Hotel in Urubamba to connect with the four elements of Earth, Wind, Water and Fire in the chakra gardens. A visit of the sacred site of Ollantaytambo. Afternoon work with the temple of the winds, elemental cleansing and harmonizing ceremony. Overnight in Urubamba. Day 7 - Friday March 5 Early fire meditation We drive to snowcapped Apu,Veronica Wakaywillke for shamanic Karpay ceremony. Return to Urubamba overnight. Day 8 - Saturday March 6 Fire Meditation and relaxation at the hotel. Return Magical Cusco – ‘the navel of the Universe'. Afternoon visit of Koricancha, the Temple of the Sun, shaman market and other sacred places of the city's magic. Overnight in Cusco. Day 9 - Sunday March 7 Sacred practice on site at Sacsayhuaman, then a visit the caves of Lanlacuyoc for beautiful journey and ceremony. We continue on to Chacan Temple of the Rainbow, for an amazing ceremony of rejuvenation in the waterfall cave. A visit to Tipon for water ceremony. Overnight in Cusco. Day 10 - Monday March 8 A drive to Pisac to visit Lourdes Stevens and the Children at Estrellita del Sur School, a Waldorf inspired School / Children of the Andes - non profit. Participants can stay in Cusco if desired for free morning exploration. Flight return to Lima Airport for travel back to your Home. |
